This job exists to:

•    Provide strategic leadership, direction and management of the Human Resources and Administration Department 

•    Provide strategic human resources and administration advice, guidance and services to the Executive, Senior Leadership Team, SPREP Members, SPREP Meeting and the organisation

•    Ensure SPREP continues to be an employer of choice
